About the job
Were looking for a full-time Tender Specialist who can spot the right opportunities, crack complex tender documents, and turn paperwork into winning projects. From government portals to final submission—you own the bid.
What You’ll Do
Hunt, track, and shortlist tenders across GeM, CPP & state portals
Decode NITs, RFPs, RFQs like a pro
Prepare flawless technical + commercial bids
Coordinate with engineering, finance, legal & site teams
Ensure 100% compliance—no missed clauses, no loose ends
Track submissions, clarifications, and results till the final verdict
What You Must Bring
3+ years of solid tendering experience
Preferred expereince in Civil / Water Supply / Urban Infra sectors
Strong grip on documentation, BOQs, eligibility criteria & contracts
Sharp eye for detail + strong follow-through
Strong communicator (English & Hindi, Writing and Comprehending)
Calm under pressure, sharp with timelines
Degree in Engineering / Management (or equivalent real-world expertise)
