Reports to: Sales Head / CEO

Industry Preference: Metals / Metal Manufacturing

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, track, and manage end-to-end tender and bid submissions for government and institutional customers.
• Prepare technical and commercial bid documentation as per tender requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Production, Finance, and Legal for costing, EMDs, Bank Guarantees (BGs), and compliance documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of bids through government e-procurement platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with government departments and institutional procurement teams.
• Monitor competitor bidding activity and pricing trends to improve bid success rates.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with tender guidelines.

Required Qualifications Skills

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in tendering and bid management within the metals or metal-manufacturing industry (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of EMD/BG processes and government e-procurement portals such as GeM and other e-tendering platforms.
• Excellent documentation, coordination, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders while meeting strict deadlines.
• Active LinkedIn profile preferred.
• Immediate availability will be an advantage.
