Tender Manager (B&I) - Chennai

Key Responsibilities (Studies & Proposal Department)-KSA support role

• Lead and manage the complete tendering process from bid invitation to submission.
• Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and commercial proposals for EPC projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and commercial teams for bid preparation.
• Identify project risks, assumptions, exclusions, and mitigation strategies.
• Analyze technical and commercial requirements to ensure competitive bid submissions.
• Review and negotiate contractual terms, conditions, variations, and claims.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, company procedures, and project standards.
• Develop bid strategies to maximize project win opportunities.
• Support management during tender clarifications and negotiations

Required Qualifications

• B.E./B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
• 10-14 years of experience in Tendering, Estimation, and Commercial Management for Building & Infrastructure projects.
• Mandatory experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Strong knowledge of EPC contracting and project delivery models.
• Excellent understanding of FIDIC contracts, claims management, variations, and contract negotiations.
