Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor - MEP to support Building & Infrastructure projects in KSA. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Quantity Take-Off (QTO), Material Take-Off (MTO), estimation, and cost control for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate Quantity Take-Offs (QTO) and Material Take-Offs (MTO) from drawings and project documents.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Prepare quantity calculations, estimation sheets, and cost reports.
• Coordinate with design, tendering, procurement, and project teams for quantity and cost validation.
• Support variation analysis, cost monitoring, and contract administration activities.
• Perform quantity verification for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Assist in preparing tender submissions and commercial evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit/BIM models for quantity extraction and verification.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8-12 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Estimation for MEP projects.
• Strong experience in Building and Infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience in Quantity Take-Off (QTO) and Material Take-Off (MTO).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D).
• Working knowledge of Revit and BIM.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, BOQs, specifications, and estimation methodologies
