Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

The role includes managing change requests and continuously updating documentation to enhance troubleshooting processes. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring timely analysis and resolution of technical issues to support business continuity and operational efficiency.

Assist in monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues before they impact operations.

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.

Participate in the development and improvement of operational procedures to enhance service delivery.

Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with evolving technologies and industry best practices.

Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure.

Strong understanding of cloud service models and deployment architectures.

Experience with incident management and problem resolution in cloud environments.

Familiarity with change management processes and documentation standards.

Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.

Knowledge of monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system reliability and performance.

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
