As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. The role includes creating and executing change requests to improve system functionality and reliability. The position requires close collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams to analyze issues and implement effective solutions. Additionally, updating and maintaining comprehensive knowledge base articles is a key part of the daily activities to enhance troubleshooting efficiency and support continuous improvement across the organization.


Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

Lead efforts to document processes and best practices to support team knowledge sharing.

Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating their professional growth.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in DevOps.

Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.

Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools.

Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues across multiple platforms.

Familiarity with cloud service providers and container orchestration technologies.

Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools to maintain system health.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
