As a Technology Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the progress of substantial and intricate technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations. This role requires coordinating with various sponsors and teams to effectively manage project scope and potential risks. The individual actively drives the success and profitability of projects by maintaining high standards of service quality and controlling costs. Additionally, the role includes fostering innovation and excellence in delivery to support business growth and client satisfaction, while continuously monitoring project milestones and outcomes to ensure timely completion.
Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic planning and execution to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
