Lead the development and implementation of architectural standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.

Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive alignment and successful delivery of technology solutions.

Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.

Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).

Strong knowledge of platform architecture principles and best practices related to ServiceNow HRSD implementations.

Experience in designing scalable and high-performance solutions within complex technology environments.

Ability to analyze and resolve architectural challenges while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems.

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
