Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure clarity and shared understanding of architectural goals.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Proficiency in ServiceNow.

Strong knowledge of platform architecture principles and best practices related to ServiceNow implementations.

Experience in designing scalable and high-performance solutions within complex technology environments.

Ability to analyze and resolve architectural challenges while maintaining system integrity and security.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering sustainable and efficient technology solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
