Job Title: Technology & Cyber Governance Analyst

The Technology & Cyber Governance Analyst will support the implementation and governance of technology and cybersecurity frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, security requirements, and compliance standards.

The role will involve technology control testing, cyber risk assessment, IT audits, compliance monitoring, audit engagements, remediation tracking, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement of technology and cyber risk governance processes.

• Support the implementation and governance of technology and cybersecurity frameworks.

• Conduct technology risk assessments and identify potential technology and cybersecurity risks.

• Perform IT risk analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of technology controls.

• Conduct IT control testing, including assessment of control design and operating effectiveness.

• Support internal and external IT audit engagements.

• Coordinate audit activities including evidence collection, walkthroughs, testing, documentation, and remediation tracking.

• Identify control gaps, document audit findings, and coordinate with stakeholders for remediation.

• Monitor and follow up on open audit findings to ensure timely closure.

• Evaluate cybersecurity and technology controls across areas such as access management, change management, IT operations, cloud security, and information security.

• Support governance activities related to AWS / cloud environments.

• Apply relevant frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST.

• Maintain risk registers, control documentation, audit evidence, and compliance records.

• Communicate technology and cyber risk findings to business and technical stakeholders.

• Prepare risk reports, audit reports, dashboards, and management-level reporting.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to technology risk and cybersecurity governance.

• Support security awareness and training activities where required.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with technology, security, and regulatory requirements.

• Utilize JIRA and other relevant tools for tracking risks, issues, remediation actions, and audit activities.
