Job Title: Technical Business Analyst (Syndigo Implementation)

This role sits at the intersection of business, product data, and technology delivery. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to drive the successful implementation of the Syndigo platform.

The ideal candidate is someone who has previously worked on Syndigo implementations and understands product information management (PIM), data models, taxonomy, and integrations in a retail or eCommerce context.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Functional Analysis
Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders (merchandising, marketing, eCommerce)
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
Document user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria

2. Syndigo Implementation Support (Core Requirement)
Work on end-to-end Syndigo implementation or enhancement projects
Configure and support:
Product data models
Taxonomies and attributes
Content workflows and approvals
Collaborate with Syndigo SMEs, vendors, and internal teams

3. Data & Integration Analysis
Analyse product data sources (ERP, eCommerce platforms, supplier feeds)
Define data mapping, transformation rules, and validation logic
Support integration design between Syndigo and:
eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce)
