Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Technical Architect with strong expertise in cloud-native architecture, Kubernetes, and AWS services to design and lead scalable solutions with deep experience in microservices, DevSecOps, and large-scale distributed systems
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement scalable, resilient architecture for telecom-grade platforms supporting high availability and real-time processing.
- Design microservices-based solutions using Spring Boot, Kafka, and event-driven patterns.
- Architect and manage containerized platforms using Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), including deployment strategies, scaling, and observability.
- Lead AWS cloud adoption and optimization, leveraging services such as SQS, SNS, Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, and RDS.
- Drive integration architecture with external telecom systems, APIs, and regulatory platforms
- Establish and govern DevSecOps pipelines (CI/CD, security scans, automated deployments).
- Provide guidance on performance tuning, cost optimization, logging, and monitoring (Grafana, ELK, Splunk).
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, ensuring adherence to architecture standards and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- ~1520 years of experience in software engineering and architecture roles.
- Strong expertise in:
- Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), Docker
- AWS Cloud (SQS, SNS, EC2, API Gateway, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.)
- Microservices & Event-driven architecture (Kafka, messaging systems)
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub/Azure DevOps pipelines).
- Hands-on understanding of distributed systems, high availability, and fault tolerance.
- Familiarity with databases: MongoDB, Redis, relational DBs.
- Experience in identity and access management (RBAC, OAuth, Azure AD/Entra or AWS IAM).
- Strong knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
