Tech Lead (Full Stack)

We are looking for a talented and experienced Tech Lead (Full-Stack) to join our dynamic team at Technix Technology. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in React.js, Spring Boot, MySQL, and MongoDB, with a passion for developing innovative and efficient web applications. You will be responsible for building and maintaining both the front-end and back-end of our applications, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional user experience.

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js for the front-end.
• Build robust back-end services with Spring Boot.
• Design and optimize databases using MySQL and MongoDB.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality and organization.

• Proficiency in React.js, Spring Boot, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
