Technical Lead

We are looking for a technical lead who can lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying scalable and robust software solutions. Architect and implement front-end interfaces using React to create intuitive and responsive user experiences.
• Design and develop backend APIs and services using Django and FastAPI to support frontend functionality.
• Implement and maintain DevOps practices, including continuous integration, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
• Manage and optimize databases, including MongoDB and PostgreSQL, for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high code quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and enhance development processes.

• Extensive experience working with React, Django, and FastAPI in production environments.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automation.
• Proficiency in managing and optimizing MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases.
• Solid knowledge of Linux systems administration and networking fundamentals.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and motivate team members.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
