Job Description
- A Core Banking PMO (Project Management Office) Tech Consultant plays a pivotal role in bridging technology and business goals within banking transformation projects.
- To lead and support the implementation, integration, and optimization of core banking systems by combining technical expertise with project governance and strategic oversight.
M.Tech/B.Tech Or Equivalent Bachelors Degree
Experience Required: 8 years
5 - 10+ years in core banking implementation or digital banking projects.
1. Project Governance & Oversight - Ensure projects align with business objectives and regulatory standards. Track deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Manage changes in scope, schedule, and cost.
2. Technical Leadership - Guide development and integration of core banking platforms (e.g., Oracle FLEXCUBE). Support customization, testing, and deployment of banking solutions.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration - Liaise between tech teams, vendors, and business units. Facilitate meetings and status updates to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery.
4. Process Improvement - Identify inefficiencies and recommend best practices. Maintain documentation and ensure knowledge transfer across teams.
