Team Leader - Wealth Relationship Management

A wealth management firm is hiring a Team Leader for its wealth relationship management desk.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of Wealth Relationship Managers to achieve individual and team revenue targets
• Drive business growth through acquisition of new HNI and UHNI clients and expansion of existing relationships
• Monitor team performance, productivity and sales effectiveness through regular reviews and coaching
• Develop and implement strategies to increase AUM and revenue generation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and UHNI clients, understanding financial goals and providing investment solutions
• Drive direct sales across mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, structured products, insurance, equity and capital market products
• Conduct portfolio reviews and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Track market trends, competitor activity and investment opportunities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies

Success metrics: team revenue targets, AUM growth, new HNI and UHNI client acquisition, client retention and team productivity improvement.

Candidate profile: 10+ years in wealth management, private banking, retail liabilities or investment advisory with proven team management experience and a strong HNI and UHNI acquisition track record.
