As a Team Leader in the recruitment Dept., you would be responsible for servicing client requirements in Retail and Call Center industry with internal students from the Speakwell centers. Since Speakwell does not bill to any of the clients there are no revenue targets. You will be in charge of a team of recruitment executives and will be responsible for their productivity.
