We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Team Leader BPO Recruitment to join our growing recruitment team.

Experience: 2-7 Years
Salary: 4-6 LPA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Koramangala

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of BPO recruiters.
• Drive daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Handle high-volume hiring for BPO, Customer Support, Telesales, Collections, Voice & Non-Voice processes.
• Monitor recruiter performance and improve team productivity.
• Allocate requirements and track sourcing, interviews, selections, and joining.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members.
• Ensure effective candidate follow-up and improve joining ratios.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closure of requirements.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO recruitment.
• Prior team-handling or mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of BPO/high-volume recruitment.
• Strong leadership, follow-up, and target-management skills.
• Experience with job portals and candidate sourcing platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
