Mid-Level Tauri & Rust Developer

Role Overview
We are looking for a Mid-Level Developer with strong hands-on experience in Rust and Tauri to design, develop, and maintain high-performance desktop applications. The ideal candidate should have solid software development fundamentals and experience building applications using the Tauri framework with Rust and modern frontend technologies.
Must-Have Technical Skills
- 6+ years of software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Rust
- Strong experience with Tauri / Tauri 2.x
- Experience building desktop applications using Tauri
- Strong understanding of Rust ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, concurrency, and error handling
- Experience integrating Rust backend with frontend applications
- Good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
- Strong understanding of Git and version control
- Good debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Good to Have
- Experience with Tauri plugins and native OS integrations
- Experience with SQLite or other local databases
- Knowledge of Tokio / async Rust
- Experience with IPC between frontend and Rust backend
- Experience with desktop application security
- Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD
- Experience with Windows/macOS/Linux desktop applications
- Familiarity with application packaging, signing, and deployment
