- Developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure Spring Boot applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design technical solutions, and implement robust software solutions that meet the company's needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain Spring Boot applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and consistency. Debugging and RCA for high priority production environment issues. Collaborate with QA teams to design and execute test cases, perform automated testing, and ensure software quality and reliability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to track progress, identify risks, and plan future iterations.
