Role & responsibilities
We're looking for a Talent Product Analyst to join our global Talent Solutions team at an exciting time of growth and transformation. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on strategic Talent initiatives with global reach.
Youll play a key role in enhancing Talent processes across Attraction & Acquisition and Onboarding, supporting global priorities around recruitment transformation, automation and experience improvement.
Your key responsibilities
- Document and improve Talent processes across the employee lifecycle
- Identify inefficiencies and drive smarter, more streamlined ways of working
- Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Translate business requirements into clear, practical process solutions
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to align processes and priorities
- Support testing and implementation of process changes
- Monitor demand and help prioritise change requests effectively
Skills and attributes for success
- Strong experience in Talent Attraction & Acquisition and/or Onboarding
- Ability to document processes clearly and translate requirements into solutions
- Passion for improving experience through technology and process
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Comfortable working in a global, fast-paced environment
Ideally, youll also
- Have experience supporting process change or transformation initiatives
- Bring exposure to HR systems or technology-enabled solutions
- Be looking to move from a functional role into product or technology
