Product Activation and Success Lead

Your key responsibilities

• Set direction and priorities - define the team vision, product roadmap, operating rhythm, and measurable success outcomes. Be as enablers for Product Managers to fulfill/capture the artefacts required in a Product s lifecycle. E.g Licensing, InfoSec, PIA, Vulnerability mgmt etc.
• Lead and develop the team - clarify ownership, coach team members, build capability, and enable cross-region collaboration.
• Align stakeholders - translate business needs into prioritized requirements, backlog decisions, and clear delivery commitments. Introduce and manage champion networks for sub portfolios.
• Coordinate end-to-end readiness - partner with Product Engineering and Operations on releases, dependencies, risks, and handoffs.
• Drive activation and adoption - lead rollout, communications, training, feedback, and change enablement across Scheduling products.
• Measure product success - use data-visualization reports, adoption trends, feedback forms, and stakeholder reviews and enable Product managers for informed decision making
• Assure quality - set acceptance criteria, oversee testing and release validation, and resolve gaps before launch.
• Own delivery performance - track milestones, KPIs, risks, and decisions; escalate issues promptly and transparently.
• Improve continuously - standardize practices, automate repeatable work, and shorten time to value.
