Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Development & Career Pathing: Design and implement structured career development strategies, individual development plans (IDPs), and continuous learning programs.
• Succession Planning: Work with senior leaders and business partners to identify and nurture high-potential employees (HiPOs) for critical and leadership roles.
• Performance Management: Manage performance appraisal cycles, goal-setting frameworks (e.g., OKRs, KPIs), and feedback loops.
• Skills Gap Analysis: Assess current organizational capabilities against future business needs and design targeted training programs to bridge gaps.
• Retention & Internal Mobility: Formulate strategies that encourage employee engagement, cross-functional projects, and internal promotion to reduce turnover.
