Talent Acquisition Specialist (In-House Hiring)

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end internal hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across multiple functions while ensuring a great candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal positions across KTRIAN and ACUMONT.
- Hire for roles including US Recruiters, Domestic Recruiters, Business Development/Sales, HR, Operations, and other business functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring hiring needs.
Requirements:
- 1 to 4 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience.
- Experience in hiring across multiple functions.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
