We use technical & cultural fit questionnaire to check candidates profile & shortlist only those candidates who are matching technically & culturally & submit these shortlisted resumes to client. Once get feedback on submitted resumes, we will schedule interview of shortlisted candidates & if resumes rejected, we want feedback from client for reason of rejection, so we can improve our search for further submission of resumes.
