Symphoni HR had a humble beginning in 2003, starting under the brand “Head Hunters HR” as a small two-member outfit out of Mumbai. But, with big ambitions, a clear vision and a set of core values, we have become a 200-people strong organization. Over the past 18 years, we have served more than 150 clients across all industries, where we have placed more than 20,000 candidates across many business functions, locations and organizational levels. We are an end-to-end recruitment solutions firm and help organizations plan, define, fit, find, screen and place people. Our offerings start from workforce planning & market intelligence to competency mapping, assessments, recruitment, reference checks and payroll processing. We work on both retained and contingent recruitment models, and other services like research and assessments are offered in the form of specially priced contracts or separate service offerings. We focus on executive and senior management search, as well as hiring for middle management, niche roles and diversity, while Volume hiring and temporary staffing continue to be managed under the “Head Hunters HR” organization. What differentiates us from many of our peers is a focus on fewer clients and a specialized organizational structure. Focusing on a few clients at a given point in time makes for better service quality and raises or ability to deliver tailored solutions. Our teams are structured into Account Managers, Research Analysts, Sector Specialists and Consultants & Coordinators. Specialization helps with a quicker turn around time and accuracy of search. Our objective is to help organizations build Dream Teams.
