Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct regular audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues related to casting, forgings, machining processes.
• Develop and implement corrective actions plans to improve supplier performance and reduce defects.
• Analyze data from various sources (e.g., APQP reports) to identify trends and areas for improvement in supplier quality.

Job Requirements :

• 3-10 years of experience in Supplier Quality Assurance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of casting, forging, machining processes and their applications in the automotive industry.
• Experience with SQA tools such as APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning).
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
