Job Description
Looking for a Strategy professional with 1+ years of relevant Strategy experience for Junior & 5+ years of relevant Strategy experience for Senior Positions to support leadership in planning, analysis, and decision-making across business and social impact initiatives, who thrives on research, critical thinking, and turning insights into actionable strategies that balance profit and purpose.
RESPON SIBILITIES:
- Assist in the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives across consulting, technology, and impact domains
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business cases for senior management
- Support program evaluation, impact measurement, and organizational planning
- Analyze data and performance metrics to inform strategic recommendations
- Collaborate across departments to identify growth opportunities and innovation areas
- Contribute to client proposal development and strategic partnerships
Primary Skills (Must-Have):
- Experience in strategy, management consulting, or business analysis
- Strong skills in research, data interpretation, and problem-solving
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and optionally Tableau/Power BI
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, impact-oriented environment
Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have) :
- Exposure to social impact strategy, CSR, or public policy projects
- Knowledge of business model innovation, impact frameworks, or lean strategy
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, or project management platforms
- Experience working in or with startups, social enterprises, or consulting firms
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Public Policy, or related fields
- 1+ years of relevant Strategy experience for Junior & 5+ years of relevant Strategy experience for Senior Positions
- MBA or professional certification is a plus but not mandatory
- Passion for social impact and sustainable development
