Job Description
Looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analytics & AI with 1+ year of relevant Data Analytics/AI experience for Junior & 5+ years of relevant Data Analytics/AI experience for Senior Positions to join our data team. You will work on real-world problems by applying analytical models, AI tools, and data-driven decision-making to support our projects and social initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect, clean, and transform structured and unstructured data from various sources
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support decision-making
- Build predictive models, classification systems, and ML pipelines for internal and client projects
- Use AI techniques (e.g., NLP, clustering, forecasting) to solve business and social problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into products and services
- Support data-driven impact measurement and reporting for social initiatives
- Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, analytics, and ethical data use
Required Skills:
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms and data science workflows
- Model Lifecycle Management (ML Ops)
- Statistical Analysis & Predictive Modeling
- Performance Monitoring for AI Models
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data analysis and modeling
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau etc)
- Hands-on experience with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, or TensorFlow
- Familiarity with data wrangling, ETL pipelines, and APIs
- Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or generative AI tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Big Data tools (Spark, Hive)
- Knowledge of AI ethics, data privacy, and responsible data use
- Prior work in social impact, ed-tech, or public sector analytics is a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields
- 1+ year of relevant Data Analytics/AI experience for Junior & 5+ years of relevant Data Analytics/AI experience for Senior Positions
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for meaningful impact
