Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of proven experience in retail sales management (Prefer furniture industry).
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Strong understanding of furniture products, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive results.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.
