Hiring: Store Manager Retail Store Operations (Home Appliances)

Location: Kaonli, Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain product displays, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, and coordinate replenishment.
• Handle billing, cash management, and daily store reports.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 25 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, or Retail industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and customer handling abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management, billing software, and retail operations.
• Target-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
