Store Manager

Job Location: Nalgonda, Suryapeta, Guntur, Vizianagaram, Zaheerabad
Salary: 22,000 25,000 per month + Incentives

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the store.
• Achieve monthly and seasonal sales targets.
• Check daily sales and improve performance when needed.
• Increase sales through upselling and cross-selling.
• Handle store opening, closing, billing and cash.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and available.
• Check stock regularly and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse and buying teams for stock requirements and returns.
• Manage, motivate and guide the sales team.
• Set team targets and monitor performance.
• Train staff on customer handling and selling techniques.
• Provide good customer service and resolve complaints.
• Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
• Identify slow-moving and old stock and support clearance sales.
• Follow company guidelines for store display and visual merchandising.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 28 years in retail, including at least 2 years as a Store/Sales Manager.
• Preferred Experience: Retail, Footwear, Apparel, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Restaurants or Service sector.
• Skills: Communication, leadership, team management, inventory management and store operations.
• Language: Telugu is mandatory; English as required.
• Age: 25 years and above.
