Store Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Drive store sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead, train, and motivate the store team to improve productivity.
• Monitor inventory, stock availability, and loss prevention.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure excellent customer service.
• Prepare sales reports, MIS, and track key store performance metrics.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation as per brand standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, grooming, and discipline.
• Implement company policies, SOPs, and compliance standards.
• Drive upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention initiatives.
