Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall store operations and daily activities
Achieve monthly sales targets and improve store revenue
Handle and motivate the sales team
Monitor billing, cash handling and POS operations
Manage inventory, stock availability and stock audits
Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising
Drive upselling & cross-selling
Handle customer complaints and ensure good customer experience
Manage ageing/slow-moving stock and clearance
Coordinate with warehouse/buying teams for stock requirements
Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline
1 to 5years of retail experience
Minimum 2 years as Store Manager / Store In-Charge / Sales Manager
Experience in Retail / Footwear / Apparel / FMCG / Consumer Durables / Restaurants / Service sector
Strong team handling & leadership skills
Good communication & inventory management skills
Telugu mandatory for AP/Telangana locations
Kannada + Telugu mandatory for Karnataka locations
Age: 25+
CTC: As per experience & industry standards
