A seed-stage startup building an AI-powered, HIPAA-compliant note-taking platform for mental healthcare professionals, enabling seamless session documentation and EHR integration.
Define and drive technical architecture across products and systems Design scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions Lead large engineering projects from planning to deployment Write and review high-quality production code Establish engineering best practices and quality standards Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance Improve system performance, reliability, and observability Collaborate with product and design teams to shape solutions Translate business requirements into technical implementations Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks across the platform Drive continuous improvements in development processes Support cross-functional teams in delivering impactful products Ensure software systems meet security and compliance requirements Maintain a hands-on role in development while providing technical leadership Influence long-term technical strategy and roadmap execution Lead the design, development, and scaling of complex production software systems.
This is a hands-on Staff Engineer role focused on architecture, technical leadership, system reliability, and delivering high-impact software solutions while mentoring engineers and driving engineering excellence.
