Job Description
Associate should be hands-on engineer with deep Salesforce platform expertise, strong architectural skills and experience building AI-powered, data-driven business solutions. Associate will collaborate with product managers, architects, business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure and high-performing applications while adopting the latest Salesforce innovations.
Key Responsibilities-
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Platform Events and modern Salesforce development frameworks.

Develop enterprise solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud and Salesforce CLM.

Build AI-powered business processes and intelligent workflows using Agentforce (Agentic AI), Einstein AI, Prompt Builder and AI-assisted automation.

Implement Salesforce Data Cloud to unify customer data, perform identity resolution, enable customer segmentation and support real-time personalization.

Design and implement Revenue Cloud capabilities, including product catalog management, pricing, quoting, contracts, subscriptions, billing and order lifecycle management.

Develop and customize Salesforce Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions to automate contract generation, negotiation, approvals, execution, renewals and compliance processes.

Build secure customer, partner and employee portals using Experience Cloud with personalized digital experiences.

Develop integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC) and event-driven architectures.

Leverage Salesforce Flow Orchestration, Dynamic Forms, Dynamic Actions and modern declarative capabilities to streamline business processes.

Participate in solution architecture, technical design reviews, code reviews and implementation planning.

Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production incidents and implement preventive improvements to increase system reliability.

Optimize application performance, scalability, security and maintainability using Salesforce best practices.

Implement automated testing, DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering excellence through best practices and knowledge sharing.

Stay current with Salesforce seasonal releases and evaluate new platform features for adoption.
