Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality from design to post-production.
Perform internal audits and support external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and oversee testing processes, including both automated and manual testing.
Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Train staff on quality standards and procedures.
Collaborate with suppliers and customers to address quality-related issues and ensure continuous improvement.
Lead efforts to implement process improvements to enhance product quality and production efficiency.

What are we looking for

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in quality inspection, auditing, and testing.
Experience with statistical analysis and quality assurance methodologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with other departments.
Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
Certification such as CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) or equivalent is preferred.
