Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with walk-in customers, ensuring a warm welcome and detailed product education on Bathing /Lighting Products
- Demonstrate products, emphasizing features, value, and lifestyle benefits.
- Generate and share customer leads with the sales team for follow-up and conversion.
- Ensure the sales team follows up post-visit, guiding customers through their purchase decisions.
- Educate customers about new and existing products, highlighting USPs and competitive advantages.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and overall experience.
- Assist customers in locating the nearest dealers for convenience.
- Drive CBS revenue growth across different verticals by ensuring targeted conversions.
- Manage product displays according to Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines and maintain showroom cleanliness.
- Maintain 100% stock accuracy through effective inventory management and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for site visits, product availability, and seamless sales closure
