We're Hiring: Manager / Sr. Manager US/Canada Logistics Process

Location: Phase 8, Industrial Area Mohali
Experience: 7 - 12 Years

We're looking for a dynamic Manager / Sr. Manager US/Canada Logistics Process to lead strategic logistics initiatives, streamline operations and deliver exceptional service.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics processes for the US & Canada transportation network.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality and cost optimization.
• Monitor transportation KPIs, analyze performance metric and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with carriers, freight brokers, warehouses and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Ensure compliance with North American transportation regulations and customer requirements.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable logistics solutions.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for service failures and process deviations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate with planning, procurement, customer service and operations teams.
• Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives within logistics processes.
• Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of operational excellence.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7 - 12 years of experience in logistics, transportation or supply chain operations with exposure to US & Canada logistics.
• Strong understanding of dispatch - truckload (TL), less-than-truckload (LTL), intermodal and freight operations.
• Experience with TMS, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel or data analytics tools.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies is an added advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
