Sr Java Developer

1. Performing requirement analyses.
2. Developing high-quality and detailed designs.
3. Lead the design and development of complex, large-scale software systems using Java technologies
4. Conducting unit testing using automated unit test frameworks.
5. Identifying risk and conducting mitigation action planning.
6. Conducting configuration of your own work.
7. Reviewing the work of other developers and providing feedback.
8. Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality.
9. Mentor and guide junior developers, helping them to improve their technical skills and grow professionally
10. Manage multiple projects and client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions
11. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client
12. Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for incorporating new technologies into the organizations software development process
13. Communicate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of project status and any risks or issues
14. Build and maintain a high-performing software development team, fostering a positive and productive work environment

Requirements :

1. Degree in engineering, information systems, or related.
2. Sound knowledge of estimation techniques.
3. Sound knowledge of Java technologies.
4. Excellent analytical skills.
5. Exceptional communication skills.
6. Strong technical skills in Java, including experience with Java 8, Spring, and Hibernate
7. Knowledge of cache technologies like Redis
8. Knowledge of message broker solutions like Kafka, ActiveMQ
9. Experience leading teams of software developers and managing projects from concept to delivery
10. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members
12. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and deadlines
13. Experience working with large-scale, complex software systems
14. Familiarity with cloud computing technologies, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus
15. Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git and Jira
16. Deployment experience with Dockers or Kubernetes
