Job Description
Role Summary As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will build and optimize scalable backend services powering Netcores customer engagement platform. Youll work on distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performance software.
What Were Looking For - 7-10 years of experience in backend development using Java.
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, multithreading, concurrency, distributed systems, and design patterns.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB / Redis / Cassandra / Couchbase.
- Experience with messaging platforms like Kafka/RabbitMQ/ActiveMQ.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Maven, Jenkins, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with AWS and/or GCP.
- Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills with experience working in Agile teams.
- Good to Have Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration.
- Exposure to observability and monitoring tools.
- Experience building large-scale SaaS or distributed systems.
