Job Description
Network Administration

Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues to ensure maximum uptime and reliability

Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless network infrastructure

Ensure proper network documentation, diagrams, and asset tracking

Monitor firewall reports and analyze logs to identify suspicious activity and potential threats

Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate network security risks and vulnerabilities

Manage firewall policies, NAT rules, access control, and VPN configurations

Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and standards

Maintain and monitor critical security components including firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, and network monitoring tools

Perform routine health checks and preventive maintenance of network and security infrastructure

Support incident response and troubleshoot security-related incidents

Prepare and share weekly reports on firewall activity, network health, and security observations
-
Conduct structured discussions on common security pitfalls, risks, and preventive measures

Recommend improvements to enhance network performance, reliability, and security posture
