Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Sr. Engineering Manager with 10 to 15 years of experience to lead our eCommerce systems team in Bengaluru.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of eCommerce systems.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and efficient eCommerce solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop technical roadmaps.
- Ensure high-quality code reviews and adherence to coding standards.
- Develop and implement automated testing frameworks to ensure system reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and technologies such as Magento, Shopify, or WooCommerce.
- Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Knowledge of back-end development using languages like PHP, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
- Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
