Job Summary

Senior Business Analyst to support the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). The resource will gather and analyze business requirements, work with stakeholders, document business processes, and support the delivery of technology initiatives.

Requirements

• Senior-level Business Analyst experience in IT/software projects.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.
• Experience creating BRDs, functional requirements, process flows, and use cases.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and facilitation skills.
• Government/public-sector experience is an asset.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies is preferred.
