Senior Business Analyst

• Analyzing and evaluating the current business processes and identifying areas of improvement
• Researching and reviewing up-to-date business processes and new IT advancements to make systems more modern
• Creating initiatives depending on the business s requirements and needs
• Developing projects and monitoring project performance
• Collaborating with users and stakeholders
• Working closely with senior management, partners, clients and technicians
• Presenting ideas and findings in meetings
• Training and coaching staff members

Requirements:

• Should be able to understand business requirements and prepare FSD, call flow document
• Should be able to articulate and communicate with business stakeholders during discussions.
• Should be proficient in Visio and preparing call flows/ user stories
• Should have relevant experience in the contact center domain
• Should have very good experience in technical writing, designing process
  flows and documentation writeup
• Should be reasonable in excel and ppt
• Should have good communication skill
• Should have a basic understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence should be an advantage
