Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the roadmap for digital unsecured lending products, from concept to launch and beyond.
- Identify customer needs through data insights, user research, and cohort analyses.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking within the fintech ecosystem to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Collaborate with Risk Data Science on innovative underwriting models (alt-data, behavioral scoring, thin-file profiling).
- Contribute to the roadmap for digital unsecured lending products, from concept to launch and beyond.
2. Digital Journey Ownership
- Own end-to-end digital customer journeys for acquisition, onboarding, eKYC, loan approval, and disbursal.
- Work with design and engineering teams to create seamless, intuitive, mobile-first experiences.
- Improve funnel conversions and STP rates through continuous A/B testing, micro-experiments, and journey optimization.
- Drive API-led integrations with partners for verification, risk assessment, and alternative data.
3. Portfolio Growth Management
- Monitor portfolio metrics: disbursements, CAC, conversion funnels, delinquency, bounce rates, early defaults, and unit economics.
- Partner with growth teams to build targeted campaigns, cross-sell journeys, and user retention strategies.
- Identify and execute levers to improve activation, usage, and repeat borrowing.
4. Cross-functional Leadership
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Risk, Data Science, Operations, and Compliance to ship high-quality builds.
- Coordinate with marketing for product messaging, customer education, and digital communication.
- Manage external fintech partners, APIs, and vendors for faster iteration and deployment.
5. Regulatory, Risk Compliance
- Ensure products comply with RBI guidelines and digital lending norms.
- Work with legal and compliance to maintain updated product documentation, TCs, and SOPs.
- Support audit requirements and strengthen risk controls in digital journeys.
Required Skills Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred (not mandatory for strong product thinkers).
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in product management within fintech, digital lending, banking, or NBFCs.
Hands-on exposure to personal loans, credit-line products, or BNPL journeys is strongly preferred.
Technical Functional Skills:
Strong understanding of unsecured lending, bureau data, and underwriting guardrails.
Familiarity with APIs, mobile app journeys, and basic technical concepts.
Data-driven mindset comfortable with dashboards, analytics tools, SQL (good to have).
