District Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to lead our team in HOME CREDIT INDIA FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and management, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the district office.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and expand customer base.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet their targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and colleagues.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or management, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including credit and loan operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working with teams and leading cross-functional projects.
