About this opportunity
The candidate will be responsible for Software Quality Assurance which involves numerous systems such as ERP systems, SFDC, web and manufacturing applications, with a focus on Mobile and CRM applications
This is a cross functional responsibility involving different groups including IT and Finance users
Successful candidates will have the ability to understand major systems integration between CRM systems and other technologies, Role expectations
In this role, you will?
Work with offshore teams, Analyze Project requirements, Prepare test cases and Requirement Traceability Matrices
Design and Execute test cases and report issues effectively using the test management tool being used across the organization, and tracks them till closure
Experience in Agile methodology and is familiar with scrum events, Experienced with any of the Test Management tools like Jira, HP ALM
Has knowledge on Apttus CPQ, Marketing cloud testing
Experience of STLC and Defect lifecycle, ability to prioritize bugs and triage the details, What We're Looking For
BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience required, MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred, 3-5 years of work experience as CRM SQA engineer, Hands-on experience in designing and executing test cases for SFDC Sales and Service clouds
Knowledge on Apttus CPQ, Marketing cloud testing preferred
Good understanding of STLC and Defect lifecycle
Ability to prioritize bugs and triage the details to development teams
Ability to identify regression test cases
Hands-on experience in at least one Test management tool like ALM or Jira
Working knowledge of software development life cycle is a must, Experience in working in Agile methodology and is familiar with scrum events
Good interpersonal communication skills with an ability to build relationships and work across multi-functional organizations
Mobile testing experience preferred
Knowledge on test automation and ability to design and execute basic tests using any test automation tool
