- Hands on expertise with Service Now administration
- Expertise working with Now Assist for SNOW -VA
- Experience in configuring NLU/LLM topics and flow designer in ServiceNow VA including custom LLM like OpenAI, Azure integration with Now Assist
- Skilled in implementing custom solutions using Now Assist/VA. For example, running remote job for Outlook restart, SharePoint site collection creation automation using PowerShell in Azure which are triggered from VA by chat
- Experience in configuring Now Assist plugins for further VA enhancements
