Work Location: Corporate Office, Skymark Building, Sector 98, Noida
Reporting To: Talent Acquisition Lead

Experience: 1 - 4 years of experience as Sourcing Specialist or in Volume Hiring

Role Summary

The Talent Sourcer will drive high volume hiring for Shift Managers (SMs) and Store Managers (GDMs) for Domino's stores from Talent Sourcing standpoint. The role involves generating a steady pipeline through portals, direct sourcing, and local market connections.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

• Source for frontline roles (SMs & GDMs) through:
• Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, etc.)
• Social media groups and networking
• Direct/local sourcing channels
• Create a sustained pipeline to support expansion & backfills.
• Support internal recruitment team by building talent pipeline for assigned region/locations

2. Screening & Assessment

• Conduct telephonic screening & schedule interviews.

3. Closure Management

• Achieve monthly hiring targets
• Timely documentation for selected candidates.
• Manage trackers, and daily productivity reporting.
